And we live in exciting times. We see how digital customer loyalty formats sometimes complement analogue ones, rarely replace them, but ideally they pay off for each other.<\/p>\n<p>The great moments, however, are those in which everyone comes together, learns, has fun and in doing so makes experiences for life.
