The change poses challenges for small and medium-sized enterprises in particular, but also offers opportunities. But how can these companies prepare for digitalisation and make targeted use of its advantages for themselves?\u00a0In order to be able to offer solutions to this question, Fraunhofer IEM and OstWestfalenLippe GmbH accompanied five representative companies from the core sectors of the local economy in digitisation projects last year.<\/p>\n<p>The company Eggelbusch from Harsewinkel was selected as the representative for the food industry, which was able to set exemplary impulses for its own company development through the newly gained experiences.
