WörterSee has already worked for Siemens Business Services in the field of product communication, designing, writing and producing product brochures and several video productions on internal and product-related topics.

After the acquisition of the ‘Product Related Services’ division, the joint venture Fujitsu Siemens continued its cooperation with WörterSee. The focus increasingly shifted to storyboards, scripts and project coordination for video films. But the idea behind the projects remained the same as before at Siemens Business Services: making “invisible” services visible and tangible for customers and employees.

This becomes clear in the case of the film Managed Services, which has a modular structure and is more than seven minutes long. In this way, either the entire story or only individual international references suitable for the respective situation could be used online or offline by marketing and sales.
